Appointment Diary
- Fully integrated with the patient accounting and patient records facility. Users find use of the diary system invaluable & easy to use. New staff acquiring the basic functionality in a few minutes.
- Multi column diary. User adjustable as to how many rows and columns on each page. User definable appointment intervals for each row. Each column on the page can be assigned to a health care provider, and shows their name at the top as well as how many appointments scheduled for that day.
- Unlimited pages (days) in PPMP - an appointment can be made up to two years in advance.
- Alarms (e.g. be warned a patients treatment approval will expire before their next appointment).
- Write notes on the diary.
- Attach a note to a patients appointment.
- Prints onto any paper (A4 or A5), either a pre-printed letterhead, or it will print a letterhead if required.
- Print copies of the diary.
- Manage classes from the diary.
