The program can be integrated with your preferred word processing program. You can write correspondence from within PPMP in such a way that the letters are linked to the relevant patient. The PPMP system can then call up and list the correspondence relating to a particular patient as well as indicate what each letter was about. You can look at the letters, reprint them and change them as required. The correspondence typed on the computer becomes part of the patients computer file.
