The SMS & Email facility is fully intergrated into the PPMP practice management system. It is not a bolt on module requring further expansion or expense.

SMS patient appointment reminders.

Send SMS text messages to individuals or bulk reminders to clients with your own customised message.  This is an extremely effective method of sending appointment reminders.  The only expense is the cost of the SMS message which we supply at industry best price of 16.4c per text (plus GST). This investment is clearly offset by the significant reduction of no shows.

The SMS facility enables the practice to send a brief SMS reminder to all patients.

Replies can be sent back to your computer, a land line or mobile phone.

Individual messages may be sent to selected clients advising them of the availability of appointments, an overdue account, the need for a doctor’s referral etc.

Group messages may be sent to a select cohort of patients such as a happy birthday greeting,information about a new service, staff member or facility.
