PATIENT COMMUNICATION – SMS / EMAIL

SMS patient appointment reminders. SMS individual or bulk reminders to clients with your own customised message. This is an extremely effective method of reminders. The SMS & Email facility is fully intergrated into the PPMP system.

• It is not a bolt on module requring further expansion. The only expense is the cost of the SMS message. This is clearly offset by the reduction of no shows.
• The SMS facility enables the practice to send a brief SMS reminder to all patients.
• Replies can be sent back to your computer, a land line or mobile phone.
• Individual messages may be sent to selected clients advising them of the availability of appointments, an overdue account, the need for a doctor’s referral etc.
• Group messages may be sent such as a happy birthday message to all patients you have seen, over a selected period of time, who have a birthday on a given date.
• Messages may be sent to groups of patients advising them of a new service or facility.
